Our Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme is everything you need to build a really successful career with Network Rail. Over three years you’ll benefit from personal development and technical training that will turn you into an expert railway technician. You’ll spend the first year of the course at HMS Sultan in Gosport – Europe’s largest engineering training facility. As well as learning and living alongside the Royal Navy, you’ll get to share their state-of-the-art recreation and sports facilities too.

We’ve spent £30 million over the last 5 years to help develop the next generation of highly-skilled technicians - a huge investment in our future.
