It’s your Advanced Apprenticeship. And you’ll enjoy it every
day.
Register now and we’ll email you as soon as we open for
applications in January 2011.
Our Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme is
everything you need to build a really successful career with
Network Rail. Over three years you’ll benefit from personal
development and technical training that will turn you into an
expert railway technician.
You’ll spend the first year of the course at
HMS Sultan in Gosport – Europe’s largest engineering training
facility. As well as learning and living alongside the Royal Navy,
you’ll get to share their state-of-the-art recreation and sports
facilities too.
Today’s apprentices will become the backbone
of our company, so you can tell why the scheme is really important
to us. We’ve spent £30 million over the last 5 years to help
develop the next generation of highly-skilled technicians - a huge
investment in our future.
Our commitment to the programme has even been
recognised with a People Management Award and we won the Serco
Talent Award in 2009, and were praised for our innovative approach
to developing the next generation of technicians.
