Workforce Development Administrator
Job Introduction
You will provide administration support for training delivery at development centres. Acting as day to day admin support for the operations delivery team and 8 trainers. As busy training centre with 30-40 delegates a day this role will be demanding with no day the same. Not only will you act as admin but will also be involved in facilities, setting up and organising each classroom ready for their training session. Some tasks will include budget reconciliation and hotel bookings, using our procurement system to log expenditure. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise. Excel is crucial so experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPS and basic formulas is beneficial. |
Main Responsibility
What will you be doing?
1. Responsible for providing front line customer service for the training centre.
2. Provide details of forthcoming training course attendees to the Workforce Development Centre Managers and Workforce Development Specialists.
3. Set up and organise training rooms for all training courses.
4. Ensure attendees receive necessary training materials as required.
5. Responsible for the input of results into OLM from the end of course assessments.
6. Manage the procurement of goods and services for the training and record expenditure via Excel spreadsheets
7. Provide all round administrative support to the Workforce Development Centre Managers and Workforce Development Specialists.
8. Work closely with the Planner and administration team to ensure smooth day to day running of the training centre.

Band & Salary: £18,000-£23,000
