Job Introduction

What you can expect from the leadership within Engineering Services

“I am a firm believer in creating the right environment, providing the right tools and instilling trust in our people to deliver the best they can for themselves and for the team.  Our people are our shop front, are our brand, are our ambassadors and giving opportunities to excel is paramount to enable us to deliver on our promise to our customers.  For me finding solutions to challenging problems is why we exist as a team, this could drive efficiency in what we do day in day out or coming up with bespoke solutions to industry problems.  Breaking down the building blocks to enable greater understanding of a problem is the way our inquisitive team works and by then rebuilding using our collective capabilities in an open, caring and trusting environment is how we systematically solve unique challenges for the industry, and our passenger” Leevan Finney, Engineering Services Director
